OWTS (Septic System) Inspections
If your system is not working properly finding out now can save you thousands in costly repairs later. A new system can cost from $15,000.00 to $50,000.00 depending on the type of system you may require.
Your septic system should be inspected every one to three years dependent on the system you have. This is to make sure your tank isn’t too full to operate effectively and to make sure your system is working properly and not leaking raw sewage into your yard or into the ground water.
A failed or leaking septic can be dangerous to your family, pet’s neighbors and can affect the water quality for everyone.
We can inspect your septic system for you on a regular basis and determine when it needs maintenance, repairs or cleaning. We provide a comprehensive report of each septic inspection we perform and will explain any issues arising out of the report.

What we Provide
We provide Maintenance and Functional Inspections
Maintenance inspection determines the need for pumping and to identify minor problems before they become major defects that threaten human health and the environment.
The Functional inspection is used primarily during a property transfer to protect the consumer and identify systems in need of correction and further evaluation. A functional inspection determines whether a system serves the house adequately.
Maintenance Inspections
There are two maintenance inspection subtypes:
First Maintenance Inspection
Routine Maintenance Inspection
Functional Inspections
The functional inspection is used primarily during a property transfer to protect the consumer and identify systems in need of correction and further evaluation. A functional inspection determines whether a system serves the house adequately.
